Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • For rice dough : 1 cup Rice flour


  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar


  • 1/2 cup Milk (if required take some more)


  • Making of chocolate dough : 2 tsp Cocoa powder


  • 1/4 cup Coconut powder


  • 1/4 cup Mawa/khoya


  • 1/4 cup brown sugar


  • 1/2 cup Sesame seeds


  • 500 gm oil to deep fry

Directions

  • Mix all rice dough ingredients & knead soft dough. Make lemon size balls. Keep aside.
  • Mix & combine all ingredients of chocolate dough. Knead dough. Keep aside.
  • With choclate dough make small round chocolate balls. Keep aside.
  • Stuffing of rice balls: Flatten rice dough on your palm. Place chocolate ball. Form balls. Repeat this process to make all rice balls.
  • Dip these rice balls in water. Roll it in sesame seeds.
  • Deep frying of these rice balls.:- Heat oil in Kadhai. Deep fry these rice balls over slow to medium flame until golden brown.
